Crystal growing

After all the salt crystals which I am trying to grow, won't grow sigh... 
I know why but that will be hard to explain. But I am going to ask for full security my teacher who helps me with this.

After that I am going to ask which one is the easiest to grow in the holidays. 

Next school year when I am going to study chemical laboratory technician I will ask if I can continuing
growing crystal, fingers crossed, but my teacher had said that if would have a student asking it he would help him.   
Maybe I want to make it a research for myself because there is a special part in science focused on crystals, crystallography, maybe I want to study it after finishing this study first.

I mean crystals growing is pretty awesome because of the colours which forms because of the chemical elements you put in your solution and of course much different structures.
